The proposal includes two 18-storey residential buildings comprising 248 strata-titled units. The buildings are planned to reach a height of 197 feet and will offer 266 vehicle parking spaces along with 567 bicycle parking spaces. This project is being considered under the Cambie Corridor Plan and is currently in the preconstruction phase, with more details forthcoming.
